Please print, complete it, gather the supporting documentation (pay check stubs, copy of driver's license, etc) and we will pick it up from you. Call Joe at 664-3247. ANY APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WITHOUT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION (copy of driver's license, pay check stub, etc) WILL BE DELAYED IN PROCESSING AND YOU WILL LIKELY BE CHARGED A DOUBLE DEPOSIT

What Does It Take to Qualify?
Rental Qualifications
1. Good rental references from non-relative landlords.
2. Steady employment for at least one year.
3. Monthly gross income at least three times the monthly rent;
For example to qualify for a $700 house, your monthly gross income (before taxes) has to be $2,100.
4. Be clean and responsible.

If you do not meet these qualifications, we may still accept your application with a higher deposit or higher rent.
We do accept those who are credit challenged but not with any prior evictions in last two years.
