If you do not meet these qualifications, we may still accept your application.
We do accept those who are credit challenged but not with any prior evictions in the last two years.
$35 application fee; copy of the following items must be submitted with the application: driver's license, two months of payroll stubs, last three rent payments to current landlord. If you don't have these items, the deposit will automatically be doubled. ANY APPLICATIONS WITHOUT A COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE AND PAYROLL STUBS WILL LIKELY RESULT IN A DELAY IN PROCESSING THE APPLICATION
